Art Notes
Besides the Tuck Box Tea Room, famous for delicious English scones, Dolores Street features many other Carmel landmarks which make for a charming stroll on a rainy afternoon. The mood on Dolores Street is a combination of timelessness and hustle-bustle, and I tried to capture these aspects in my latest tribute to my favorite seaside village this side of Britain. I hope this Carmel painting will bring a bit of the charm and energy of one of America’s most quaint villages to people all over!
