Original Study – Island Afternoon, Greece

In creating the Original Study, Greece, Thomas Kinkade Studios sought to capture the magic of Santorini, painting one of its iconic cliffside villages and the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea. This artwork is meant to take the viewer to Santorini in such a way where one can almost feel the ocean breeze, imagine the festive sounds of the island, and taste the rich local cuisine.
